Fourth Annual Policy Makers' Summit: November 17, 2006

The Fourth Annual Policy Maker’s Summit on the topic of young children and challenging behavior was convened by the Center for Evidence-Based Practice: Young Children with Challenging Behavior on November 17, 2006, in Washington, DC. Collaborating partners included the National TA Center for Children’s Mental Health, the Council for Exceptional Children, and the Center on the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning.

There were two objectives for this year’s Summit:

  1. Report Center research findings and resources related to evidence-based practices
  2. Generate recommendations and issues for implementation, policy and scaling up.
